I’m Serena, a Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) with over five years of experience developing and leading cardiovascular and cancer rehabilitation programs, as well as fitness programs for individuals without chronic conditions. I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology (B.Kin) and a Master’s in Medical Science (MSc) from the University of Toronto, where my graduate thesis explored the effects of physical activity on cardiac function and quality of life in women with breast cancer.
