I’m Serena, a Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) with over five years of experience developing and leading cardiovascular and cancer rehabilitation programs, as well as fitness programs for individuals without chronic conditions. I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology (B.Kin) and a Master’s in Medical Science (MSc) from the University of Toronto, where my graduate thesis explored the effects of physical activity on cardiac function and quality of life in women with breast cancer.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to improve your everyday movement, I’m here to help you achieve lasting health benefits and enhance your overall well-being.
